Promotion period: Sign up dates are contingent upon various factors and will be determined as construction progresses.
Bundles:
Conxxus bundles must include an internet package.
Double Play Bundle: When adding one service to their internet service, customers qualify for the Double Play discount. Double Play bundle includes a $10 discount applied to their monthly bill.
Triple Play Bundle: When adding two services to their internet service, customers qualify for the Triple Play package. Triple Play bundle includes a $15 discount applied to their monthly bill.
Limitations: All bundles must include Conxxus internet services. Internet can be paired with phone services, TV services, or with both phone and TV services. Customers can not have phone or TV services without Conxxus internet.
Customer Conversion Promotion:
Participants who are active customers with a Conxxus competitor are eligible to receive two months of Conxxus services free and a $100 Visa gift card. Equipment fees and add-ons not included. Promotion is solely offered through Legacy sales representatives employed by Conxxus.
Promotion limits: One reward per household. Participants must be active customers with a Conxxus competitor. Proof must be given in the form of a recent bill, which should be dated within the last two months. Promotion is not available in all service areas. Discount only eligible when placing an order for service with an active Conxxus sales representative.
Eligible areas: Promotion is only eligible in select fiber-optic areas.
How to enter: Participant must provide their most recent bill as proof of being a current customer of a Conxxus competitor provider to the sales representative. The participant may provide a digital or paper version of a recent bill. The bill must be from within the last 60 days, and must have their address and name(s) visible in order to match the order placed with the sales representative. The sales representative will take a picture of the bill via text or email, which will be sent to Conxxus marketing, customer service, and residential sale leaders.
Promotion period: Service areas are eligible as of December 2023. The completion of each area’s promotion is subject to Conxxus.
Promotion Changes: Conxxus reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Privacy: By participating in the promotion, participants agree to allow Conxxus to use their name and image in promotional materials related to the promotion.
Release of Liability: Participants release Conxxus and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred as a result of participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
