AN IMPORTANT ACP NOTICE:

The Federal Commerce Commission (FCC) has instructed service providers to notify consumers of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) winddown that was announced by Congress on January 10, 2024.

What does this mean for Conxxus Customers?  Conxxus customers should plan for their ACP benefit to be obsolete by mid-2024. If the ACP is terminated, customers receiving this benefit will see a $30 increase to their monthly service charges. Service plans will not change unless prompted by the customer. If this increase in cost concerns you, please contact our customer service team at 888-712-0177 to discuss other service plan options.

Further correspondence will be sent out as we learn more, and the ACP wind down is finalized.

ACP sign up is set to end on Feburary 7, 2024. 

As of January 10, 2024, the FCC expects the ACP benefit to be funded through April 2024; however, this is subject to change.
