CONXXUS PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shop Local Giveaway:
1. Giveaway Limits: No purchase necessary. One interest form per service address. One winner is chosen at the beginning of the Install phase per service area, per the discretion of Conxxus. Winners canot exchange gift cards/certificates for cash or service credit. Winners must live withing the Conxxus service area to be eligible to win.
2. Promotion period: Sign up dates are contingent upon various factors and will be determined as construction progresses. Once the town reaches the install phase, the giveaway will close for the entire town.
3.How to enter: To enter the promotion, participants must reside in the Conxxus service area with an active promotion. Participants within the service area must submit a Sign-up or Early Sign-Up form, and coordinate with customer services to install their fiber optic services. The winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified via email and or phone. Once the giveaway prize has been contacted and confirmed their acceptance, the winner will be announced on social media.
4. Privacy: By participating in the promotion, participants agree to allow Conxxus to use their name and image in promotional materials related to the promotion.
5 Release of Liability: Participants release Conxxus and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred as a result of participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
Referral Promotion:
Participants can earn a $50 Visa gift card for each successful referral they make. To qualify for this promotion, participants must refer a friend to sign up for Conxxus’ fiber-to-the-home internet services through the company’s website. The referred friend must list the participant’s name under the “How did you hear about Conxxus?” section on the sign-up form. Once the referred friend submits their sign-up form, Conxxus will verify the referral and send the participant a $50 Visa gift card. No purchase necessary to participate in this referral program.
1. Referral Limits: There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make, but each referred friend must be a new customer of Conxxus. Referrals from existing customers or referrals made through other promotions will not be eligible for this promotion.
2. Gift Card Distribution: The $50 Visa gift cards will be sent to participants via mail within 30 days of verification of the referral.
3. How to Enter: To enter the promotion, participants must follow/like Conxxus on social media, like the promotion post, share the promotion post, and tag a friend in the comments. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Promotion Period: The promotion will begin June 29, 2023.
5. Promotion Changes: Conxxus reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
