Why is my first bill higher than expected?
Your first bill may include prorated charges from the previous month plus charges for the current month. Our billing cycle begins on the 1st of each month, and invoices are generated once monthly.
For example, if your service begins on June 15, your first invoice will be issued on July 1 and will include charges from June 15–30 plus the full month of July. Future invoices will reflect a full month only and should not be prorated.
Where can I find my account number?
Your Conxxus billing account number is located in the top-right corner of your invoice.
When is my payment due?
Payments are due by the 15th of each month.
What happens if my payment is late?
A $15 late fee will be applied if payment is received after the 15th of the current month. The late fee will appear on your next invoice.
When does disconnection occur? What happens if I don’t pay?
Accounts with unpaid balances are subject to disconnection on the 27th of each month. Payment must be received before this date to avoid service interruption.
If your service is disconnected for non-payment, a $60 reconnection fee will be added to your account and must be paid before service is restored.
What payment methods does Conxxus accept?
We accept:
- All major credit and debit cards
- E-checks / ACH
- Check, cashier’s check, or money order
How can I pay my bill?
You can make a payment using any of the following methods:
- Online: Visit conxxus.com and choose Pay My Bill to access your customer portal and submit payment.
- By Phone: Call 888-712-0177 and choose Option 5 to connect with a Billing Specialist

Please do not send cash by mail. Allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for USPS delivery and processing. Delays caused by the postal service are not the responsibility of Conxxus.
Do you offer paperless billing?
Yes. Paperless billing is the default invoice delivery option. Customers enrolled in paperless billing may be eligible to receive a $5.00 monthly discount on their bill.
How do I sign up for E-Care?
After signing up for service, you will receive an email titled “Conxxus Customer Portal.” Follow the instructions in the email to register your account.
Can I enroll in AutoPay?
Yes! AutoPay is a free and easy way to keep your account current. Customers enrolled in AutoPay may be eligible to receive a $5.00 monthly discount on their bill.
AutoPay settings are available through the Conxxus Customer Portal.
Payments are processed on the 15th of each month. Please allow one full billing cycle for AutoPay to become active and for any applicable discount to be applied.
