These SMS Terms govern the text-message program operated by MCC Network Services, LLC d/b/a Metro Comm and Conxxus (“Conxxus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program description. When you opt in, we send recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) about your account and services. Message types include: account and identity verification codes (one-time PINs); order and contract confirmations; billing and payment notifications; service appointment and installation reminders; network and service-outage alerts; customer-service responses; and other transactional, account-related messages.
2. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any product or service from us. You may decline SMS and still receive communications by email or phone.
3. How to opt in. You may opt in by selecting the “Email and SMS” (text) option during checkout, by enabling text notifications in the Conxxus customer portal, or by otherwise giving us your express consent.
4. Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and the notifications you enable.
5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan or contact your wireless provider for details.
6. How to opt out (STOP). You can cancel SMS at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. We will send a one-time message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from that program unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by turning off text notifications in the customer portal, or by calling us at 888-712-0177 and asking an agent to remove your SMS consent.
7. Help (HELP). For help, text HELP to the number that messaged you, or contact us at 888-712-0177 or support@conxxus.com.
8. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy. We handle your mobile information and SMS consent under our Privacy Policy www.conxxus.com/legal/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
10. Changes. We may update these SMS Terms; the current version is posted at www.conxxus.com/legal/SMS-Text-Messaging. Effective date: June 22, 2026.
